something i forgot to mention in my previous post.
don't eat large meals.some of the worst pain i have ever had has come
after eating a large meal.eat four or five small meals every day.
especially don't eat fried food. the less bread the better.
do those exercises.lay on your ball, and work on your posture.
can't imagine how a large meal can aggravate a nerve, but it surely does
for me.

I think the experience, here, is with the person. I eat a bit of toast for
breakfast, 2 sandwiches with nothing much on them for lunch and have a
larger dinner but not a large one. I have had the most severe pain I have
had for a long time in the last 2 weeks but I have also been feeling
generally very bad anyway. I think the more sick I get whether that is
because of CP problems or something else, the worse the pain. Added to this
is a feeling like a constant tickle in my lungs that makes me cough a lot
and that hurts the old Jatz Crackers a lot, too.

I eat a lot of bread and it doesnt make a lot of difference to anything
excepting the amount of gastric reflux I have. If I feel like heartburn is
coming on, I eat bread with nothing on it and that helps soak it all up.

Lay on your BALL? Mine are too sore for that! (just kidding!)

That's fair enough it may for you but it doesn't affect that part of me. I
would suggest you get your prostate and intestines checked, mate. That is
usually a sign there is something else (not saying cancer as it could be
ANYTHING) going on related to digestion.
