Would a urine test detect if you have prostatis.

I have had 4 urine tests so far, all come back with no problems.

I get up in the morning, i go to toilet , but when i go to urinate, it
only dribbles for a litle while, then stops, then starts to flow then
it feels like i need to stop because there is nothing there to come
out, but i can still feel like my bladder has some in it, so i have to
force it out to get the rest out.

The end of my penis feels like water is about to pass through it all
the time .
some times worse than others.

i have pains in my abdominal area, but its dificult to pinpoint them .
my testicles feel odd to, especially the right one, feels like its
dropped and is being squashed between the left one and my legs, hard
to define it .

always had a lower back pain, but that seems worse than ever now.

does this happen to anyone else?
