Ejaculation changes are not well explained.
I suggest you do this:
Get a semen analysis. See if you are fertile
Do a self prostate massage before and after ejaculation
Make sure you are taking the proper antibiotic when you do this.

You have to be careful. More frequent ejacs could cause damage to your
prostate and sphincter muscles, so don't fall under the myth that an over
amount of action is going to benefit because it might make your problem
worse.

Welcome to the club! Although I'm sure your not to thrilled to be a part of
it.....hehe....look, maybe while your seeking for a qualified physician you
can take some natural supplements that have been shown study wise and
anecdotally to help. A couple might be an anti-inflammatory like Quercetin =
manufacturer ProstaQ, and another is an anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, like
Grapefruit Seed Extract = manufacturer Nutribiotic. The manufacturer's are
most important because they have what they claim on their label, in their
bottle. These anti-inflammatory and the antibacterial's are a good first
effort to help.
Also, as crazy as it may sound, some have seen some improvement using
something as simple as raw garlic cloves over a month, but your going to
have to do a search in Google for the Garlic Potocol yourself to get the
information.
All of the above mentioned are cheap, safe, and can be done while looking
for a good doctor.

I don't have any recommendation's on this one other than to say that it's
might be possible to find a good doctor close to home, so search hard and
don't give up.
Good luck.

The Q ( Quercetin) in ProstaQ is food coloring nothing more - but ProstaQ is
snake oil

Thanks to all for the friendly advice>Quitting caffeine and Cigs will be
tough, however.
The :stiffies" do get nicer, so I guess its worth it, and the increase in
circulation can't hurt.
Thanks,
Mark

Hi Mark,
I had the same problem long before I new I had prostatitis. I believe you
have the acute form of it at the moment. After sex I used to get a nasty
pain that would last for a few minutes - I thought it was normal!!
I did not do anything about it until I got the constant tingle and had a
diagnoses.
What worked for me was my urologist giving me some rigourous prostate
message and antibiotics for a brief time (4 sessions). I also quit smoking
and cut way back on beer and coffee, tea and cola'.
That sucked but it eventually stopped the nasty feeling after sex.
I still have the chronic but it is getting better - I can at least have sex
without pain afterwards (even when doing it 3 times in a row) and some days
I have no symtoms at all.
The hardest part was quitting smoking, and giving up all the caffiene.
