To all:

I have just been to my urologist and he did a DRE. Afterward he
prescribed me Cipro for one month plus Motrin. In addition he
prescribed me Flomax. I haven't purchased any of the medicine yet
although he did give me a free sample of the Flomax of which I
immediately tried. I tried to do a little "self cleaning" on my
prostate when I got home and I experienced retrograde ejaculation.
This is somehow a side effect of the Flomax(powerful stuff)my orgasm
wasn't nearly as enjoyable and I am very worried about this series of
events expecially because I am worried that it might be a permanent
side effect. If I stop the Flomax will my ejaculate come back out of
my penis as normal? Additionally, shoud I stop the Flomax and notify
my urologist and if this is serious or even if not why didn't he tell
me that this could happen rather then letting me "find out" on my own.
It's very unsettling. Thanks for any help you can give to me on this
topic.
