: Is it a simple matter to sterilize a human male during a prostate
: exam? Could a doctor do this without the cooperation of the patient?
==> No way !
Male sterilization cannot be performed by a prostate exam.
There are two way but all cirurgical and of course you get to notice.
One from a complete vasectomy and the second one the radical excision of the
testicles.
This operation called radical orchyectomy is usually performed in testicular
cancer but also by bodybuilders, to improve testosterone leves by
susbstitute medication without rebound efects of the testis.
One way or another you always see that you have been subjected to something
not usual !
Radical orchyectomy usualy is performed at the inguinal level. Simple
operation, that takes about 1 hour.

I heard that Chinese doctors had a way of performing a vasectomy using
only their fingernails and taking five minutes. The success rate very
good. Is that incorrect?

It's not high technology. It's using trained fingernails to pinch off
and cause scar tissue to block the canal.
