I took a sex education class many years ago and the treatment in those
days was to masturbate about an hour before sex. The other treatment
program was to wear two or three condoms. You may want to google that
subject to determine if they have developed any new treatment programs.

Get a copy of Masters and Johnson's book, "Human Sexual Dysfunction"
and read about the "penis-squeeze" technique. It works almost all of
the time if you follow the instructions, and eventually gets rid of
the problem (premature ejaculation).
