Hi Ishley

I have been suffering from cronic pelvic pain for years and would
really like to learn the exercises of Ishmo Tater. Can you please
explain them to me, or give me a link where I can find them on the Web
or in a book? Many thanks.

Kind Regards
Fred

I'm sorry to have to disappoint you, but Ishley Ganish has been posting to
this group for years under different names (Fatty Mawson, NiceShyMiamiGuy,
etc.) making many false claims that have no scientific backing.  He is not a
quack doctor seeking to proffit by selling you some product; he is just a
very mentally sick individual who finds amusement by give men a false sense
of hope.

Always be aware of anyone who makes the claim that doing a certain exercise
or eating a certain product will make your CP go away.  I know doctors that
have been researching this condition for years and they know that different
people respond differently to different treatments.  Claims that are made be
responsible researchers usually will say that a certain percentage of those
tested saw improvement in their conditions.  All studies should be
peer-reviewed and published.  Individuals who find that a certain routine
helps can share the information with people, but should not conclude that it
is a cure for everyone.

Razorface is just a senile, hateful person who hates everybody and
everything
if it doesn't work you haven't lost anything, but i will guarantee you
it will
 work.
lay flat on the floor on your back. place both feet on the bed or
couch.
spread your legs as wide as you can.now slowly raise your butt as
high
as you possibly can and hold it for 15 to 20 seconds, do this 15
times
2 times a day. by the way, as soon as you do it the first time you
will
immediately feel where the pain is coming from.

and as for Razorface, he who hesitates is lost.

Ok, thank you. I will see if it works for me.

I do not think that this set of exercises helps to everyone. To me, it
has certainly made it worse after 3 days, and I stopped it after 5
days.

I told you not to follow the advice of this joker.  Obviously, you did not
listen.
