 go back in the archives and read some fatty mawson posts.
 he will either kill you or get you on the road to recovery
 he has helped 1000's with his posts on diet and cp.
 i changed my diet and have slowly recovered to the point of very
 little pain.it is more of a bother now than the disabling problem
 it used to be for me
