When one enjoys having escalating hot water pouring on their testicals
for several moments while in the shower (producing a burning sensation
at first, then a feeling of an itch beeing scratched), would this be
considered some as some sort of condition? What are you thoughts?

If done long enough, it will make you sterile for a day or two. If done for
the fun of it, perhaps you could find some friends under the Usenet root
alt.sex.fetish... instead of sci.med...
