I have just ran across some articles on the potential benefits of
beta-sitosterol. Does anyone have any experience with this supplement? I am
a bit suspicious of the articles I read, because they were provided by
sellers of the product. Best regards. G

I took it-- takes about 2 months, but take it every day and it will help
urine flow--supposedly also lowers chloresterol--no noticeable side effects,
that's the best part

Many thanks for your encouraging reply. Please permit me to ask one further
question. Specifically what *brand* of beta-sitosterol did you take? I read
that there is a great deal of difference between the various preparations
available. Thanks in advance for your help.
