How I treat my prostate disorder - Hands-free prostate drainage

I had frequent prostate infections until I learned the regimen I
describe here. This is a serious personal account, posted here to be of
help to others. There is nothing for sale and I'm not endorsing any
treatment centers or anything of the sort.

I am married, in my forties, and a few years back I started having
frequent prostate infections, often requiring medication. One doctor
recommended that in addition to the medicine, I should have my prostate
massaged. I looked up that topic on the internet and found others
recommending it as well. You can read about it elsewhere, but it
entails draining some prostate fluid. It is a bit involved and may not
be something you can do easily or often.

I've learned that a certain feeling of tightness in my groin and the
need to unirate frequently always come before the full-blown onset of a
prostate infection. From my experience, draining the prostate can
prevent the oncoming infection.

The consistency of the prostate fluid drained in this way seems similar
to the fluid that is sometimes secreted during periods arousal, often
referred to as "pre-cum". I am assuming these secretions are one and
the same. Also some of the reading I did online also mentioned that the
occurence of prostate infections is higher in married men, which leads
to my theory: Men who are out of the dating scene and have ready access
to sexual intercourse may not have much prolonged arousal, seldom ever
secreting prostate fluid. The build-up of fluid, or failure to pass it
frequenlty may contribute to infection.

So, I have looked for a way to cause the secretions without the more
involved massage technique. Here is the simple process I have come up
with:

  1. Have an erection, and after you are 100% "up", think about
something else to lose it. Repeat this FIVE times. You can probably do
this mentally, with little or no contact.

 2. After the FIVE repetitions, cross your ankles and bend your knees,
bringing your knees up towards your chest. If you don't feel a
secretion, try a few more repetitions and repeat step 2. It may also
take one gentle stroke of the penis to complete the secretion.

Doing this any time I feel the tighness in my groin, usually lying in
bed in the morning, has eliminated my need for medical treatment.

[snips ridiculous account of milking prostate]

I suggest moving reluctantly into the 21st century:

And your point would be ...? In your 21st century view if it ain't
drugs it's no good?

You've launched an attack on my opinion, and offered no definitive
solution or ideas of your own, just a website reference. Who are you
REALLY? John Kerry?

If I told you that when your ears are stopped up when you have the flu
you should hold your nose and swallow hard, would you be equally
appalled that I'm not endorsing drugs?

I have nothing against your "21st century" drugs or any other treatment
you might suggest. In fact, I'd welcome you to join the discussion.
Your reference to www.chronicprostatitis.com is lost on me: I find
everything from diet to heavy drug regimens to yoga.

Now, if someone who actually suffers from recurring acute attacks (I
never said I'm chronic) will try the regimen and give us some
legitimate feedback? I doubt the Ayatollah Bushemi actually has any
symptoms at all.

pain free and loving it,
