Here is my question, what do you think is going on ? i have the overall
feeling as prostate has been removed.. is there something to worry about
?
Any experience, advice, information, welcomed.

Right now, it looks like his PSAV (PSA Average Velocity) is about 2.2,
meaning that at this rate his PSA is currently climbing over 2 points
a year, and could be expected to continue to do so. If your father had
a radical prostatectomy in 2001, the PSA increases over the last two
years would be worrisome to me. He should probably have a complete
metastatic workup (CT scans of the chest, abdomen and pelvis, plus a
bone scan, maybe a Prostscint scan) to see if he has recurrent disease.

I would get to a doctor right away, PSA velocity is high, i.e. how
long it takes in rise.
