Hi Al
I am currently having a PSA test and get the results next week.
One thing that I forgot to ask my doctor was, is a symptom of prostate
cancer blood in one's sperm.
I noticed that there is a brownish looking substance in my sperm, not
entirely thoughout, more like clots and streaks here and there.
My question is: Does this sound like blood and is it a symptom of
prostate cancer?

Not necessarily and probably not - could be many reasons.
PSA results should be in not later than 72 hours,
I would wait and not spoil the weekend with worries

It is much, much more likely to be a sign of an infection or something
else. These days, prostate cancer is rarely diagnosed because of
explicit symptoms, which usually only occur pretty far along in the
disease. Almost all cases are diagnosed because of abnormal PSA
readings or because the doctor feels something unusual when examining
your prostate with his finger.
Tell your doctor about any symptoms, but don't worry about them otherwise.
