Phoenix area PVP providers

Has anybody had PVP done in the Phoenix area and who do you recommend to do
it.  I am going to need surgery in the near future so am looking for a
recommendation on who to see.

Glendene:

I recommend Dr. Dalkin in the Tucson, Arizona area.  He gave me my PVP
one year ago and all things are so much better.  Sorry, I don't know
any in Phoenix but Tucson isn't so far away.
