Thinking I'm getting closer to needing PVP, and recently getting less than
positive PVP feel from my Uro (posted recently that he was looking into a
'better laser' for my large gland)..... I looked up practitioners on the
Lasercope site located here in Southern California. Large increase from
when I looked last (maybe a year ago). I have learned to have a lot of faith
in the UCLA med center and note there are two docs listed there. Anyone
have any specific feedback on them or others in the LA/OC area??
Interestingly, when I had my TUMT (4 years ago) UCLA did not do them at all.
Apparently PVP has gotten the nod there.

I think see how long they have been doing PVP and how long practicing- I
think UCLA doctors are some of the best in the world...
good luck-I would give UCLA Dr.s a good look..

Dr. Robert Reiter. It should also be noted that he 'specializes' in PVP on
larger prostates, and that he is certified to teach other urologists how to
use the PVP procedure.
