Rarely get a cold, but have a whopper just now.  Been using Nasalcrom (as
suggested a few years back by guys on this NG), but doesn't seem as
effective as before (it's a fresh bottle).   Any thoughts--anything new out
there?  Thanks.

I'd suggest Echinacea, zinc and Vit C.

When I have a cold I use Breathe Right nasal strips at night.  Helps me
to breathe easier.
