Hi Ron,
I am having a similar experience. At a little over a year I am now
squirting like I did before PVP, had total retro for about eight months. The
only thing is what comes out is real clear like water or urine. Has anyone
had any experience with this or knows what this might be, any input would be
greatly appreciated.

DP,
I'm not sure what it is. Could be what some call "pre-ejaculate fluid".
Might have something to do with proportion of sperm to seminal fluid
(created by prostate). But if you say it's like before PVP, than I don't
know how the substance is different. Maybe you should get a lab to analyze
it.

Did you ask your urologist WHY your prostate is growing back? What did
your bloodwork show? If your DHT is way above the norm, how long should
one expect the prostate to last before growing to the point of BPH again?
Or is it the imbalnce between Free-T and estrogen that is causing the
re-growth? I'd be interested in knowing what your doctor has said as an
explanation. We might all benefit. How long will it be before you need
another operation? How long has it been since your first operation?
