Had a PVP at Mayo (MN) last January. During the first three months I had
bouts of blood at start and end of urine stream, along with some urgency and
frequency issues. Now at six months these problems have all disappeared.
Flow is strong, capacity is good, and urgency is not an issue. I'm pleased
with the results and am still glad I chose PVP over TURP.
I had a TURP, a traditional TURP, 2 years ago.
Trivial amount of bleeding finished by the 3rd day.
My post-op biopsy was clear of PC.
Perfect health since.
Very glad that I didn't have a laser TURP.

Which laser Turp are you refering to?
You were in the hospital for how long?
You had a cath for how long?
The total cost of your TURP was how much?
