I thought I'd add that any difficulties I had yesterday seem to have
faded. My urinary functions seem to be restored nearly to what things
were like before I was diagnosed with BPH. I can now pee a steady stream
until my bladder is totally empty and the really good news is:
Absolutely no retro! Dr. Baldwin at the Scarborough hospital said that
he takes particular care when reaching the neck of the bladder to avoid
this issue. Now that I am off Flomax, the ejaculate is about on a par
with what I had as a 20 year old!

While I realize this has merely bought me some time, I still can't get
over how different normal urinary functioning makes a man feel terrific
about getting back into living a completely normal existence.
