Yes, When it's enlargement is not due to cancer, and there are some urinary
problems (symptoms).

Unless its due to cancer...... enlarged prostate is BPH ......the symptoms
from it differe depending on whether its middle lobe enlargement which
encroaches into the bladder and acts like a ball valve or central lobe
enlargement which restricts the diameter of the urethara

PVP is an excellent way of dealing with it without causing the damage that
TURP causes ........only wish i had gone for PVP months before
