Still bleeding ( a tinge) at the beginning and ending of urinating. Don't
know why that hasn't healed by now. Only other problem is having slight
bladder and rectum spasms later in the day, but I am controlling those with
Levsin. Been afraid to even think about the sex thing yet.

Everything you describe is perfectly normal after PVP ........I had it done
12 months ago ,,,,,,,,,,no retro now ......dont be afraid of sex ......you
are post PVP by 3 weeks .......go for it

I am 17 days post pvp and I still have angst & a feeling of irritation at the
beginning of urination and some discomfort and/or pain in the bladder area
after urination. It is somewhat discouraging so I understand. I have not
tried the sex thing yet either as I am also afraid of further irritation.
The only drug for the urinary tract I am taking is the purple pill that turns
your urine orange. I am taking that at night but it does not seem to do much
good.
