I'm sorry to be so ineffectual with this, but this doesn't work for my
system. Can anyone help me more specifically through what must be a simple
process?

click on Groups -> sci -> sci.med -> sci.med.prostate ->
sci.med.prostate.bph
That should get you to this group using Google. From there you can
follow the discussion threads, or you can search the archives, or past
messages, using the search function at the top of the page.

It might be worth just adding that you only have to do all that
clicking once! After that you can add the resulting URL to your
'Favorites' and go straight to it.
