Can anybody be more specific? Click on sci.med.prostate.bph (in the top of this post) when you get the list of topics click on "Next 25>>" at the top or bottom of page. Or click on sci.med.prostate.bph and at the top of the page click the button "search in sci.med.prostate.bph only", put you key words in the box (eg "Flomax") and press search. I'm sorry to be so ineffectual with this, but this doesn't work for my system. Can anyone help me more specifically through what must be a simple process? From there you can follow the discussion threads, or you can search the archives, or past messages, using the search function at the top of the page.
