Nothing much to report. Saw Tim Larner yesterday for 3-month final
consultation. Scored about 5 on the paper test, had u/s check that bladder
was indeed empty, and flow rate showed same volume as pre-PVP but in
half the time. (Flow not brilliant; volume is OK but pressure about
medium.)

Only puzzle is that (like Derry) I had normal ejaculation 4 weeks after
PVP, then *retro* ever since! Larner is puzzled.
I'm hoping it's just a matter of time. After all, if the relevant
sphincter had ben damaged by PVP then presumably I wouldn't have had normal ejac
afterwards.

I've been completely unable to ejac since my 2nd PVP (last mid-December).
Had no sexual problem after my first one.

Nambucca  as a matter of interest who was the uro who offered you a
TURP? Or at least what part of the UK is he in?

Nothing to add to my last report really! It's now PVP + 4 months.
Flow-rate test at 3 months showed same output quantity in half the time
pre-PVP, i.e. much better but no hosepipe.
Overnight trips down to 1 mainly.
Immediately post-PVP there was no retro ejac, but since then there has,
which puzzles my uro (Larner). (Derry reports same, but thinks it's
beginning to revert to normal.)

Phenomenal speed of recovery from the PVP.

Anything else you need to know?!
