Choi is listed on the lscp website. His office is contemptuous of the
question, how many has he done? They contend "hundreds." Does anybody know
anything about him?

Dr. Choi has only recently been listed on the iscp website.  I doubt if he
has performed "hundreds" of pvp procedures.  I became interested in him
because he is also listed as a doctor in my Long Island HMO.  I plan to
contact my PCP and see if I can get a referral.  However, I know very little
about him and if he is reticent to discuss his experience, I will wait until
some info surfaces about him.

He and Dr. Te are the only 2 doctors in my area that perform this procedure
and I would prefer Dr. Te because of his outstanding reputation but he is
not affiliated with my HMO.

Thank you. Do let us know if you find out anything more about Dr. Choi. When
I persevered in asking his office for the number of PVP's he has done, they
said they would get back to me. They haven't.

I have searched the web and came up with some bio on Dr. Choi. You can get
this info at http://www.murology.com/physicians.shtml.

If I may ask a question, why wouldn't you consider Dr. Te?... he is right
around the corner from Dr. Choi and is well known to this group.  Some  from

I can second that.  Dr Te is excellent, it may be possible for another
Dr to be as good, but it is not possible for one to be better.  My PVP
was Dec 16, results are excellent in everyway.
