this came to me from my realage tip of the day. as i read this, i
wonder if something as simple as a vitamin such as this could have a
cumulative effect during a man's life and it takes this long for the
effects to show up and yet, some men show little effects of prostate
problems. it's just a thought.
hope this helps ~ curtis

Somewhere in the Middle - RealAge Tip of the Day
The right amount of vitamin D may help promote prostate health. Getting
too much or too little vitamin D appears to put prostate health at risk.
In a study, men who got the least amount of vitamin D had a higher risk
of prostate cancer compared to men who consumed average amounts. Men who
got excessive vitamin D had a higher risk, too. Strike a happy medium
with about 400 IU per day. RealAge Benefit: Getting 400 IU of vitamin D
and 1,200 milligrams of calcium per day can make your RealAge as much as
1.3 years younger. More: Vitamin D is important for . . .

hi lightshow - no spam - i signed up for it a long time ago and they
did a whole show on actual age vs real age on the oprah show. two
people can be the same physical age, but one feels younger and the other
feels older. the real age adds and subtracts from the actual age.
there are some things that turns the real age back - like exercising,
and some things make the clock go ahead.
the hints arrive through e-mail every day. some of them are common
knowledge. some of them are not.
it was just that this came through on it happened to be on prostate
health.
some people think when i post about a particular subject that it was my
opinion. i had a poster want to know where i got some of my
information, so i started leaving all the markers on the post in case
they wanted to follow up on it. most people like the markers.
this was not selling any product or service, just advice about how the
vitaimin D can affect prostate health. that it!!!
so if you feel it was spam, i can't change the way you feel, but i
thought i would offer an explanation this one time as to why i posted
it. i thought i was doing a favor. next time, i'll just let these
hints go by.

p.s. the service is free and if you go back and read the real age write
up. it states that they are not under any influence by sponsors. never
have they push a particular brand or type of product on me in the years
i've subscribe to it or i would have dropped it.
