Whats causing the problem sleeping ?
Is it an ingrained habit of pre PVP days when you had to get up to pee or is
it something else ?
because i knocked the waking up every 2 hours syndrome on the head after PVP
by simply staying in bed and telling my brain to shut up

You might try Detrol. I took one pill at night and I found it worked like a
sleeping pill. I slept much better than usual. It did not to much for me
during the day though as it relaxes the bladder muscle and makes emptying
less successful.
