After TURP sugery, I have developed urethral strictures. I read that
dilation is temporary and can lead to more problems. Some urologists
say to try a urethrotamy next, but other urologists say this procedure
offers no long term relief. Most say surgery, including
urethroplasty--cutting the scarred section and reattaching the urethra
or laying new skin over the scarred tissue--is the best way to go.
What is my best bet for treatment here, guys?

Well I certainly would not let the butcher who did the TURP attempt a repair
