Have just been told I need prostate surgery possibly a TUIP can anyone tell me if they have had this procedure, the outcome and the side effects. Do a search in Google Groups and you will find quite a lot of postings on TUIP. My own TUIP in December 2001 worked quite well for a little over a year - then the flow slowed down again.
