What sort of changes to PSA after PVP should be expected?

Say, after 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks?

It has been almost 10 months since my PVP.  Prior to the PVP I had
4.9, 4.5, and 4.7 PSA values, each taken about six months apart,
After the PVP my PSA values have been 2.9, 3.1, 3.2 at 1, 3 and 6
months after the PVP.
