All conditions are fine except that I have difficulty sleeping. If I take one 30 mg tablet it helps by cutting down to one trip per night. I am 77 is this normal? One has to weigh the risk reward ratio. I've been taking benzodizapines for nearly 15 years for insomnia and anxiety. I currently take Lorazapam/Ativan. I haven't noted any negative consequences.
