It's a tiny sample, of course, but with three of us so far suffering
from all three, this is beginning to be just a little bit interesting!
I've had rhinitis since I can remember - long before I started taking
BPH medication, though it's true we must discount any stuffy noses
caused that way.

Anyone else who has suffered from all three (not obviously caused by
any medication)?

I have what the allergist calls "non-allergic rhinitis", which means I
have it all the time as opposed to the allergic variety.  A night out
where I am exposed to cigarette smoke and other allergens is especially
bad.  When I took flomax, the stuffiness was noticeably worse.  I take
50 mg of atenolol (tenormin) once a day, and that could be part of the
problem.  Since I have high blood pressure and heart problems, I have to
take some kind of medication for it.  I have always been bothered with
rhinitis, but it has been more noticeable in the last few years, which
coincides with the time that my BPH got worse.  That, of course, could
just be a coincidence, but it did happen.  When I go to the allergist,
he gives me steroid type nasal sprays which are of no more help than
using saline sprays or the netipot.  For other reasons, I don't want to
take steroids for long periods of time.  Anecdotal, maybe, but I do fit
the subject for this posting.
