Hello:

Realize there are a zillion variables involved, but based on others'
experiences,
what might be a 'typical" time frame to see some results by taking Saw
Palmetto ?

Have been taking 320 mg/day.
Also, is this a typical dosage, or do some take substantially more ?

Would also like to ask if Saw Palmetto is ever blended with anything else to
supposedly enhance its effectiveness ?

Thanks,
Bob

Probably depends on what you are trying to
treat.  Guys with lateral lobe enlargements
and bladder neck irritation seem to get a
noticable response from that dose in 2-3
weeks.  Medial lobe enlargements don't seem
to respond to Saw Palmetto.

There are lots of blends out there--herbs,
vitamins, minerals and whatever.  Anything
every reported to have a positive effect on
a prostate and anything that might boost
attractiveness (and $$) of the product.
