I have been taking 3 tablets a day of The Prostate Formula to relieve my
having to urinate from 3 to 4 times at night. I was using Hytrin and
flomax but did not like the side effects, and still had to get up
several times at night.  

Since using the Formula, I have to get up once in the middle of the
night most of the time and sometimes twice depending on how much I drink
at night.

The main ingrediants are Saw Palmetto, Pygeum, Stinging Nettle and some
vitamins.

Has anyone been using this stuff and what has it been effective?
