Hi,
The sleep aids are all pretty much the same. They all are based on
benzodiazepines, with varying levels. I would suggest taking them as early
the night before as possible to avoid hangover-like feelings.
After three months, how is your urgency? I'm 6 weeks out and have to be very
near a urinal for certain hours during the day.

I will write a detailed report soon. I am still trying to recover from PVP
that did not get glowing results. In short, still having to focus my life
on the urinary system. Will be seeing my Uro this week. More later in a
specific post.
