Hello:

Might someone please explain how Saw Palmetto "works" ?

e.g.:

What mechanism does it possess (or effect) that potentially reduces
the frequency of nightly urination ?

does it reduce the size of the Prostate ?
if so, permanently or temporarily ?

or,... ?

I swear by Beta sisosterol, I have been taking it for more than 2 years
together with Andro and a low fat diet it it has been very helpfull, aso my
hair has stop falling out.
