Take yourself off to London near Kings College Hospital for a week or 2
......get into retention .....get admitted and you will get PVP fast
They have reduced dramatically the number of urology beds at Kings thanks
solely to the success and speed of PVP

Some one posted here last week of a now 18 month waiting list for a PVP at
Kings on the NHS.

I think my wait was around 14 months. (That's not counting
the wait on the TURP list which would take me back at least 4
years!).
But I understand there are now four Laserscope machines in the
country so hopefully the wait will get shorter. But it would be
wise to get your name down now before the word gets out and the
rush starts in earnest. I was seriously thinking I'd have a bag
strapped to my leg for a few weeks before I'd consider having a
TURP.
