PVP-- in office???

I noticed reference to PVP being done in the office (doctor's, that is!).

Is that really being done??

It would seem that since anesthesia is required, it would have to be done in
a hospital setting.

Yes

Even dentists use anesthesia in their offices.

No longer used in the U.K. after deaths in the chair. Anyone now requiring
anesthesia has to go to a hospital for treatment.
