not always having an orgasm when having sex with your wife, but instead of
you wanting to leave her, She wants to leave you.  You both should slow down
and have a good amount of foreplay when having sexual relations instead of
hurrying to have an orgasm.  Take your time and build up to an orgasm,
experimenting with different positions that may allow you to successfully
achieve an orgasm.
