I'm 38 and my semen has got less and less and for a year now has dried
up completely. I thought my ejaculation might have gone retro (ie in
the bladder) but I don't have any pre-ejaculatory fluid either. I
can't find anything about what could go wrong with the bulbourethral
(Cowper's) glands. Could it be that I no longer produce any fluid at
all? What would cause this? I'm also now having erection problems but
his might be due to the worry.

Undergo testing for diabetes. How is your weight? (No need to answer.)

this may be early ageing result or result of Diabetes or Thyroid Disease
