I'm 38 and my semen has got less and less and for a year now has dried up completely. I thought my ejaculation might have gone retro (ie in the bladder) but I don't have any pre-ejaculatory fluid either. I can't find anything about what could go wrong with the bulbourethral (Cowper's) glands. Could it be that I no longer produce any fluid at all? What would cause this? Could be low Testosterone levels this may be early ageing result or result of Diabetes or Thyroid Disease |
