You have posted here that you have ignored your Doctor's advice about
taking medicines, and about waiting a few weeks after surgery before
jerking off.  You have bragged in many posts that for years you have
avoided conventional medicines and instead used all sorts of self
prescribed remedies.  But you complain that your Doctor doesn't talk to
you.  Why do you want him to talk to you?  So you have more to ignore?
You waited years before having surgery, during those years you most
certainly did a lot of irreversible damage to yourself.  You have told
us you have been bleeding long before your surgery, but now don't
understand why you are still bleeding.  You complain about retrograde
ejaculation and say "pleasing a woman means the world to me".  Well
Ramon, what shoots out of your dick is not what pleases a woman.  There
is much more to that than ejaculation.

If you are posting in here because you want advice, I suggest you make
an appointment with your Doctor, apologize to him for disregarding him
for the past 30 years, and ask him to put you on the right track.

Consider this Ramon, imagine you are an expert at something and someone
has been talking to you about your area of expertise for 30 years and
then you find out they ignore everything you ever explained to them, and
have turned to strangers on the internet for better advice - do you
think you might be a little flippant with that person?
