Hello. I'm a 48 year old white male. I'm in good physical condition.
Exercise vigorously three times a week. Resting pulse--48. BP 106/64
on average. I think for years, possibly in to my early 30's, I've
been suffering from various stages of BPH. I remember urinating in-
between flights and having to go so bad, that when I got to the
restroom, I was unable to go. Only after several minutes of trying was
I able to finally go. This has happened maybe 15 to 20 times over the
last 15 years or so. I also frequently urinate at night--two to three
times. When I'm reading in bed sometimes in the morning, I will
relieve myself, and then have to go another two times over the next
hour and a half or so. I also frequently dribble after urination--if I
lift up on my scrotum, many times additional urine will come out. This
has been the case for probably 10 to 15 years or more.
I would prefer to handle what I believe is my BPH naturally, with
vitamin supplements--though I guess it could be argued that the
ingredients of prescription meds are natural, as well. Hopefully, my
meaning here is understandable. I'm wanting to now deal with this
issue. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
