The responses received from a selected few on sci-med and pralt-
discuss,  re my post PVP side effects had made coping manageable.
THANK YOU.
Am I expecting 100% recovery too soon?
The uro has been closed mouth from day on, seems to be the norm with
99.99% of all in the medical profession. One has to pry the words out.
No different than a salesperson withholding important information.
I've always been uncomfortable with insincere people. Yes, I know,
recite the serenity prayer, and move on.
The burning continues, the peeing is forceful and foamy. Why foamy?
Urinalysis 7/16, await results.
Water therapy produced a semi-erection, RetroGr continues.
Urination frequencies are becoming less each day.
Best in prostate health.

It seems to vary hugely from person to person OR is it from urologist to
urologist??
Basically I was O.K. from day two. Day one no matter how much I drank very
little came out. Day two more came out but still a lot of retention. After
that O.K. stinging on starting urination for a few days and all pinkness
gone after ten days. I only passed one noticeable clot. Urgency was gone
after the first ten days, still get up twice during the night but partly
that is because I'm not a great sleeper Flow has never been great but then I
never really remember peeing like a Race horse.. ever... anyway American
ones are all on Lasix:-)
When I went for my six month check up they reckoned that my flow was much
improved and no retention. I spoke to another patient back for his check up
and he agreed with me on his recovery and shook his head saying that the
flow was not what he had expected. So long as I empty I don't see that the
flow rate is a big problem.

Since no one has given a response re foamy, I'll tell you, based on my
unprofessional asumption: RETROGRADE. The PA (Physician's Assistant)
said "I'm taking in too much protein, you may want to come in for some
tests". She agreed It could be the RG.
