Had a trans-rectal ultra-sound a few years back. after looking, the
uro said: it's not big enough yet, to do a PVP
need to stand up to start a stream, or sometimes to finish emptying.
This has always been one of my symptoms.
Is this indicative of any particular anatomical situation, vis-a-vis
prostate lobes which wouldn't have been visible in a TRUS?

I am sure that it all shows up on the scan. Is it not indicative of you
being a Guy? We are designed to pee standing up and a Uro once said to me
that gravity helps the emptying process.

When you sit, you put more pressure on your lower internal organs,
including the prostate. Pressure on the prostate puts more pressure on
the urethra.
