My prostate has stayed the same size since  1993.
it is 35 grams...I am 59 maybe you have to older for it to really start
growing. But here is my question-everyday I work out at a gym and use the
whirlpool for 5 minutes. I thought it was like a sitz bath. I also take
vitamins, zinc, beta sisostral. Is there any study where immersing in hot
water everyday reduces the size of the prostate... mine has not grown. I
have to get up once or twice a night unless I take and aspirin or
ibroprofen.
