I was on it for several weeks and it seemed to help.   My bladder cleared
more with each pee, and the urgency went down.  Unfortunately, I started to
experience burning in my chest so my uro took me off of it.  The burning
stopped.

Took it for a while for chronic prostatitis. Didn't do much for me or
to me.
