The uro would not return my calls only the assistant would appease me

I've still had three ER's and two hospital stays since for TURP with
CUR (chronic urinary retention) and hematuria with clots as large as
2".
The flaxseedoil enemas are making a positive effect but still I pee
blood and clot several times a month.
The V, and L only give me headaches, stuffed up nose, hangover.
Erections are disappointing. Also tried Panalt 300, cheaper, but same
effects.
Miss being inside a woman
I'm 66, no health problems YET only BPH, and love sex.
