Aspirin to reduce prostate size

Have any of you *started* taking baby aspirin (or any another
non-steroidal anti-inflammatory) for the specific purpose of reducing
prostate size (rather than as a general blood thinner for heart health
or to reduce inflammation or pain)? Has it helped?

Here is one reference:

http://www.mayoclinic.org/news2006-rst/3612.html

(You can google on "aspirin reduces prostate size" (without quotes) to
find other references.)

I've been taking two fish oil capsules in the morning and another two in
the evening as general inflammatories and blood thinners. If aspirin
works, I'll back off on the fish oil to one in the morning and one at
night (so I don't overthin the blood), and maybe I'll stop Avodart since
aspirin does the same thing. Then I would be on Flomax to relax prostate
muscle and aspirin to reduce prostate size.

Thanks for your comments.

I have been taking a single 325 mg aspirin tablet along with my other
meds and supplements every day for many years. I don't take the aspirin
for my prostate, but as a blood thinner and recommended prevention for
certain heart problems and to reduce cholesterol.
It hasn't helped alleviate the urinary symptoms. It may have halted the
growth, but there is no way to tell since I never had my prostate sized.
A MRI report taken a few years ago said it was 'grossly enlarged'.
