I am presently taking max dose of Xatral. Can anyone tell me if Flomax is better? Although I had taken Flomax for years I did not take it every day (as prescribed) and I noticed few effects . I am also taking the Uraxatrol sporadically and have again noticed few effects good or bad. I think a lot of the research online leans a bit toward uraxatrol. Sorry for muddying the dialogue. Is it something new?\ It looks like the FDA approval on the drug occurred in the early 2002 timeframe.
