My diet consists of foods suggested by Dr. Perricone and I was eating some
wild Alaska salmon daily. I increased my intake when I decided I needed more
protein. Shortly after, I experienced bladder leakage and was confused until
I realized my prostate had to be shrinking. Again I increased my salmon
intake. This time to a 14.75 oz can daily and also cut my Flomax dose to
1/2. I still had a good flow, but still had leakage. A few days later I cut
it to 1/3 and still had acceptable flow, but was still leaking some. It
stopped leaking when I cut Flomax to 1/6 dose. My flow rate now starts fast
and ends slowly with very little discomfort. I now have great hopes of a
normal prostate.

I'm not certain. I do know the improvement started a few days after I
increased salmon intake. I have a healthy lifestyle and that probably has
something to do with it. You might try eating salmon every day for a month.
It won't harm you
