Thanks for clarifying. I thought this was a question about smoke
stacks.

The flue has to be a certain size or the flow will be insufficient and
you will get smoke in the house.

But I guess you mean urine flow when you have the flue. I would say
since you asked, it must, for you anyway.

What I have found is that when I am coming down with something, the
body makes an adjustment to its fluids. I start to pee a lot more even
without drinking more. This is very noticeable at night!

My bladder/prostate don't like a high flow from the kidneys at night
and sometimes cause trouble.
